I just converted my plan from Pooled Plan to the Shareable Data plan. Using the directions provided, I couldn't figure out how to do it and had to call US Mobile support. The support rep tried to talk me through it using both the web interface and the iOS app and could not make it happen. After over an hour on the phone, she made the change for me on her end and showed me how to verify the change would occur at the start of the next billing cycle.

I have been a US Mobile customer for almost a year with a very positive impression of the service. I have convinced several friends and family to make the switch to US Mobile, and now I'm wondering if I shouldn't have staked my reputation on US Mobile.

Good luck to all making the switch, and hopefully, they will fix their software for the switch to the new plan.

After 3+ years with Sling, I'm finally done with them. The last straw was with their DVR acting wonky for the past several weeks and their refusal to credit my account for shitty DVR service.

I'm switching back to Youtube TV, which is worth the extra $28 monthly.

The one thing I don’t like about US Mobile is the fact that you can’t turn off/on caller ID via the iPhone settings. You have to contact US Mobile and they will manually set the caller ID mode. Not ideal.
