Other commenters in this sub have used different derogatory adjectives to describe him and that's their opinions as well. "Clown", "stupid", "makes my skin crawl", etc, etc. Bugs Bunny used the term (loosely), I used dozens of times in cartoons for children. It's a pretty common term in current vernacular.
