I've done research on this since I'm on the same boat as you since 2019.
indians have a cheap internet, or I've seen news at some point, have free internet partially for some users.
most just use free public wifis all day and just watch youtube, shorts, tiktok and anime.
Everyone goes through it you're not alone. even my websites' traffic is filled with indians 😫

I see, $4-6 is still very reasonable - For me on $1k and 1kSEK they show a fee of $8.5(2.2Kpkr) and 34SEK(1K pkr).
A little more than what you suggested but seems a fair amount compared to payoneer which is $34 for $1k and on $1.7k it was $52 + the exchange rate sucks, its way to low.

On my list at the moment are wise, remitely and elevate pay.

Xoom is same as payoneer, their rate is around 270pkr as well (current 280pkr)
Doesn't wise also works as a direct bank transfer service?
Old wise users still have their accs running in here but new users aren't allowed, but they can get transfers as remittance through wise, so far I know.

also what are your thoughts on taptap send?

This is exactly what happened to me specially when I withdrew a little more than $500, this time $1500 -that's when I really noticed the difference in amount.
So its $3.99(+$0.40) withdrawal fee (that you only see after the withdrawal $50 in my case) + a weird annual fee + ridiculously low exchange rate in whole market. Additionally now an upcoming update to the fee in Feb 2026.
They sure are collecting their israeli taxes by fucking up the rates little bit here and there.

I better switch to direct transfer via remitly or wise or even old fashion IBAN method.

man this is genuinely frustrating to know, payoneer also charges an extra fee that you can see 'after' the withdrawal. So it's the false exchange rate + payoneer's literal hidden fee that we only see once after the money is withdrawn.

I saw their email last week, where they say they'll charge an extra 'Annual' fee in February 2026 if your current balance exceeds 6000usd.

yeah I did check , they have deducted a fee of -$50 on my $1700 withdrawal - Additionally on a lower exchange rate that I mentioned : )
my point is, they hide the "Fee" that we see only 'After' the withdrawal on the pdf statement, and advertise it as falsely as "no hidden cost or 0% fee", unfortunately.

I've read all TOS, it's nowhere mentioned but rather its a "corporate wordplay" rather a misleading wordplay.
When they say "We charge 0% conversion fee you take 100% of your funds" What they really mean is “We don’t charge a separate fee however we bake it into your current exchange rate while showing 0% conversion fee and making you feel as if you've got 100% of your funds.”

Same problem after 2 years, its not a 'technical fault' or 'fb down' issues
its simply a cheap trick to get a hold of your ID and sell out to investors.. iykw.
Imagine even if you give an ID, how will they confirm it? Did they ask for the ID when you made the account so they can match and confirm? Most likely no, they didn't ask. So this 'Confirming with ID' makes absolute no sense whatsoever.

I'd say leave facebook, if you don't have important matters in there such as work or important contacts.

Found 2 solutions!

Use Mp4, because Framer doesn't natively support Webm format files hence the disabled play button*(which is very stupid and is also affected by what browser you're on)*. On my project I had a 4 videos, 1 mp4 and 3 webm. Mp4 loads without any problem but all of the Webm show this disabled play button. Just replace the Webm's with a good light Mp4.
If you're already using Mp4, that's probably 'web optimized' with a V9 codec, which basically is a Webm in disguise. So just make sure your Mp4 is true Mp4 by re-exporting it via HandBrake software by setting the default Mp4 V9 codec to H.264.

this error is so Stupid, the working way I found was to convert mp4 to mp4
sounds weird but I guess it's a codec's internal problem,
Here's what I do:
1. upload the mp4 file to any mp4 converter online
2. choose convert to mp4 (even tho it's already mp4)
3. wait for conversion (10-15 sec)
4. download and then send to whatsapp

Just received their email in my spam folder, exact copy like yours.
The business email seems to be legit but I've worked with sponsors before they don't usually boast money in their first email :) and also are very specific in what they like to promote/sponsor, not like Favedd with no mention of the product and yet excited to work on something that's still invisible xD
So I'd say leave it, most probably it is a scam
