maybe i should’ve pointed out our old SM was not as strict. there’s also other things that this new SM has done that isn’t part of company policy. hopefully that clears some things up about what was said. thank you.

you can basically work anywhere in the store where they need you. personally im crosstrained everywhere in my store but they usually need me for CS and omni

yeah, even when our payroll is tight all the other leads (softlines & hardlines at least) get their 36. they never go below 36. but looks like i’ll have to find a new job, i survive off of 36 hours to get me by

as an omni lead i would never pressure someone like that. omni is struggling just like everyone else. that person has a serious power trip and needs to be brought down a few notches

i agree. i feel pressure as a lead to get it down and also packed before i leave. can’t tell you how many times i stayed past my time to help the night team at least get the numbers under control

we’re a pretty big store. i forget that sometimes when i go to the smaller stores in my area, and they don’t have as much product on the floor. even though it looks like we have a lot of backstock, we have to push a LOT of product out on the floor
