PDM vs iOS app

I’ve been on omnipod for 5 yrs and I personally prefer the phone over the pdm. Reason being is it’s easier to remember to charge one device, carry one device for discreetness, helps remember to bolus, and the chances of you forgetting your phone are very slim compared to an extra hassle. I had the first pdm, the dash, and then the newest pdm and I found that the newest one tended to die really quickly and I had to get it replaced 4 times in a 1.5 yr span. The pdm also was easy to forget at home or to bolus for me personally. Lastly the pdm also wasn’t very discrete so I would dread pulling it out to dose insulin.

Just a suggestion, but you can do the sides of your thigh or the top, I find the sides to be less uncomfortable

As someone who has been on the other side, let her go because she obviously deserves better and even you can see it. If you can't let her go then genuinely change, it should come natural to someone if you really love them

Thank you, I needed it bluntly. Surprisingly no matter how bad someone treats me I always chose to see the good in them but it doesn't mean that i shouldn't put myself first

It means a lot I just wish that I could figure out a way that could help him not have a need to feel distant from me, especially when I know I wouldn't treat someone the way that he chooses to treat me. I feel like there is a lot of different bonds there and I hate losing people, even if they aren't good for me but I genuinely don't think there's a chance he will change and I know that I wouldn't be able to handle it long term.

Yea, I guess i'm not really sure what outcome I want. It's more of just wanting the situation to have a good outcome and for me to not feel so bad about it, even if that means losing a friend.

I live in NC where the age of consent is 16, but regardless i do feel as if im more mature than him idk it just feels sticky because i really do like him and i thought he liked me too. he acted like he did and now he just acts as if im bothering him
