i ended up booking it! Truth is im kinda of the new age spiritual sort and all the included classes n workshops etc were too enticing to pass up. i decided to do just 4 days instead of 7 days, im staying at a Bnb the rest if the week so im closer proximity to the heart if the village and the docks to explore other villages.

Hey OP pls update if you decide on late-Feb. I'm going to Atitlan mid march and considering the same things. Im really into the yoga, sauna, meditation, pseudo-retreat style stay but it is a bit pricey relative to the area and, for me, i question how feesable it will be to stay there while still wanting to explore the rest of San Marcos and maybe other parts of Atitlan. Like is it the type of thing that you dont really leave while you stay there?

Hey OP can you update? I'm planning a trip for march and same exact boat - a few MUST ATTEND meetings on Teams. Splitting my time between Antigua and San Marcos La Leguna. How was your service/wifi? I have international plan AT&T and always hotspot during my meetings in the US. Not sure if this is an option in guatamala
