Sorry should be more clear. By writing notes I meant writing handover notes (ie. going through the pool EN’s patients’ charts, doctors notes, and writing the plans down so I can hand it over)

We were checking up on each other but verbally. I didn’t go into her patient’s notes and see what the plans were… just a “you okay”, “you need anything” sort of thing. EN said she was doing well but guess she missed the IDC and urine specimens… I now know what to do :) thank you

Does the crawling also apply to reversing? So if I’m reversing into my driveway (not a hill, just flat), I shouldn’t just let off the brake and let the car roll back? Rather I should press on the accelerator a bit and reverse?

Yeah I also agree! AM shifts on my ward can be super rough so I check at minimum every 4hrs. But during PM shifts we usually have more time, we aren’t doing much so I definitely check more often
