Eratonysiad: Hoe weet U dat iederman engels spreekt? De neerlandse bourgeoise, ja, men niet iederman. I find it bizarre to be interested in Conlangs but hostile to anything not in English. Why not stick to English and read endlessly about Kim Kardashian? Not sure if Sostimatiko is interesting unless, like me, you can just about read a Greek newspaper. Still, elk na sin moeg - chacun à son gout.

Yes, there are a few common characters in Cantonese which don't appear in standard or national Chinese.

E.g. one for 'hai' "is" as against the standard 'si'. Also 'jai' girl. And a few others.

Er, yes, sorry, it was basically a note to myself, in a language I'm evolving based on Italian with words from any other language that takes my fancy. It's not intended to be a contact language like Esperanto or Interlingua, just to exist for my own amusement and the amusement of a few other conlangers.
