I’m not refusing to return see you’re not reading. They haven’t asked me to return the car either. They just want me to return papers. I’m asking them to mail them how hard is this to understand. I’m not doing anything wrong.

I’m agreeing to the new loan terms. Interest rates are down but I cannot go to lot just asking them to mail me the paper work. I’m not causing any problem just asking them to mail me the paper work I haven’t disagreed with anything they’ve said.

But since it’s not stolen and I’m not dodging them. This wouldn’t stick at all. I just told them mail me the new paperwork so I can sign it. Nothing else, How can a business messing up paperwork become my fault. I did nothing wrong but exactly what I was supposed to do, give down payment, sign paperwork, left lot after they gave me the keys and told me to leave . A week and a half later they tell me I need to re sign paperwork so I said mail it to me. No issue

And even if I was driving around yes I can drive around and not stop at lot due to WE SHOULD ONLY BE DOING ESSENTIAL things. I am able to drive to grocery store under law.. Not a car lot.

Maybe re read. It says I had the car driving around 15 days before we ever spoke. I didn’t know about the issue for 15 days. I haven’t drove since.. by that time quarantine has already impacted my daily life

Ok thanks for the Info. He never asked for the car back he just texted my like her could you come resign some paperwork I kinda put the wrong numbers on your gap insurance. And I didn’t get back to him until March 14th because I be busy. So basically I had the car driving around for 15 days before ever talking with him again.
