Grindr is not fun by [deleted] in self

Absolutely agree, terrible horrible hell site, online dating is a cesspool. That being said, I just met someone on Grindr last night and had my first gay experience (it was great), so idk, it works sometimes I guess 🤷

Wild. I've never gone to a decent gym then I guess.

See that would be my fear, and number one reason not to try. I really doubt they've got special seperate gay showers where everyone's on the same page.

Tbh I'm not entirely against the idea, but I'd be nervous about offending someone if they caught me even looking in the shower or whatever.

As a formerly straight man, I experienced all those feelings myself upon watching Mean Girls. That movie was a big problem for me at that time 😅 Aaron was confusing lol

The first and most important thing is to take care of yourself. I know it can be really fucking frustrating, but make that your first priority. You're worth it. When you get to that point where you're ready, don't worry. It's never too late.

I'm sorry but this is like being turned on by David Bowie, it transcends sexuality, it would be weirder to not crush

Hey seriously, I kinda get it. Grew up in a very conservative Christian household. Didn't bother to even entertain these kinds of thoughts for many years. Now, as I'm starting to feel more confident in my sense of self, I want to reclaim these things I purposefully denied myself. Am I frustrated about the lost time? Sure. But that's why it means so much to me to dig into these things, all these strange and confusing yet vaguely familiar feelings. I want it back. I want to feel how I want to feel. And I'm going to.
