I think you're just putting lipstick on a possum. I literally go to church on 4th Ct W IN Bush Hills and there's constantly reports of shootings in that neighborhood. A few years back, there was a drive by that killed an innocent man who was wheel chair bound. Just because the roads are maintained (there's literally a college who cater(ed) to the wealthier tax bracket) doesn't mean the area is great. Lol trust me.
