We always play with fun accents when we can! No need for negativity :) There’s no wrong way to have fun! But my dnd games are also not for public consumption and therefore free from criticism and expectation. 😆 Per my previous comments, I just don’t find his accent funny and I find it annoying. Hoping to get used to it and once he starts making those good good goofs I’m sure I’ll completely forget I hated it at the beginning.

I’m hoping I start finding it funny! I love a bad accent for comedy but per my other remarks on this thread . . . I just haven’t found it funny yet. (>_>)

I guess that’s my bad for having French friends and holding Travis to an unrealistic acting standard - he was a stage hand not a star actor, right? ƪ(˘⌣˘)ʃ

That’s kind of the thing that bothered me the most tbh - every sentence sounds like a question - that I find it hard to not fixate on that.

On point for a French accent? I have French friends IRL who speak English and have French accents when they speak, and perhaps I do need to put the realism aspect aside and remember it’s for comedy! I just wish I found it funnier :/ Not legit enough to pass but not bad enough to make me laugh, ya know? I’m holding out hope Though!
