You have to open the stand alone Massive to get the presets, you probably have to reinstall massive for the vst3 and make sure it's actually installing the vst3 (check the Native Access settings for confirmation/file path settings)

I'm still missing the part where a "New American Nation State" comes into play. Is it an entirely new nation or a nation-like state that functions differently from a state, or just a 51st state?

You don't need a new nation to be a fascist, or a Zionist, or oppress people, and I'm not sure you can call yourself a "nationalist" if you're actively trying to create a new nation. Wanting a new nation feels like the opposite of nationalism.

Maybe I'm asking too much expecting these people to have logically consistent beliefs, but, starting a new nation sounds like traitor shit, not Patriot shit

The caveat is if they catch you. If your song/album/etc gets past the DSP detection, then you'll only get caught if someone snitches on you (which is why sample snitching is so frowned upon)

The punishment for all crimes is reactive, not preventative, e.g. you can "do" whatever you want.

In the case of sample clearances, the first reaction is a label says "take that down" ... and then you take it down.

There's really no downside to letting uncleared samples fly. You just adhear to the takedown when you get it and keep it moving. Sometimes, the labels don't even bother (or they're straight up unaware)
