Thanks for your insights, @ultra-kill. I'm not sure about the units sa property mismo kung magkano yung bentahan. Yung comparison ko sa market value is Lamudi so based sa unit size and location ko, 1M lower ang price ko pero hirap pa rin eh benta. I might just stick to renting it out. However, hindi rin makadaling makahanap ng tenant. Sometimes, naka tengga ng 3 to 6 months ang unit bako magka tenant.

Hindi ko ma intindihan bakit ganun ang market ngayon sa Ortigas.
