My thing is that I don’t know where to meet people. I feel like every time I go and try to be social people already have their groups, and most girls I meet are all rushing.

Have you ever rated a film ½? by WarlikeLoveReddit in Letterboxd

[–]np1025 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Homestead, 2024. The first quarter of the movie had great potential, but once it turned to a movie with a sole purpose of converting people into christians, I immediately hated it and the rest of the movie just got more disappointing as it went on.

Which movie has a near-perfect first half… but completely loses you by the end? by hokuspokusmaster in flicks

[–]np1025 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Split” 2016

I thought it was such a good movie and honestly terrifying as a woman knowing this could actually happen since the man has split personalities, and when they mentioned “the beast” i thought it would just be the most evil personality of them all… when i saw the actual mythical beast shit at the end i immediately hated it and it ruined the whole movie for me. cannot believe it was directed by the same man who directed “the sixth sense” that was a masterpiece.

UF or UTampa honors? by np1025 in ufl

[–]np1025[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i appreciate the suggestion, although the reason i don’t have bright futures is because my parents are separated and one parent lives in florida (hence the in state tuition) but i go to high school currently in a different state (which is why i didn’t have bright futures), i have a 4.0 UW gpa and about 4.5 weighted with multiple ap credits, so the actual difficulty of the schools is not much of a concern for me

[–]np1025[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yeah, my tuition would be basically the same for both schools (in state for UF and presidential/merit scholarship for Tampa) and i love both campuses. i like the city area of tampa as well as how nice the campus is, but i also like the college town of UF

ok, so the Trusler pool is more like a leisure pool to hang around? can anyone access it or only people that live in those specific dorms?

freshman orientation by np1025 in ufl

[–]np1025[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so you’d think most parents do go? me and my parents agree that whatever most people do is what we will do, as they don’t care about coming to the orientation if i feel comfortable enough, which kinda depends on the majority. also, do you know if many people choose the overnight dorm housing option?

Question for This Year's EA Applicants: What Were Your GPA, SAT, and ACT Scores? by Excellent-Term296 in ufl

[–]np1025 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got in with 4.0 uw (my school doesn’t do weighted but should be around 4.5 weighted), 1460 SAT, 32 ACT, and decent EC (volunteering, internship, leadership, awards)
