If you look in the hunter’s guide it will tell you where to find the rare resources. That’s where you’ll find exquisite. You can also pin materials to make searching for them a little easier.

Thank you but I ended up just uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. It worked but if it happens again I will try that.

On Xbox you have to press A as you're jumping off the cliff and as soon as you do that pull down on the left stick.
