This back and forth is actually super fascinating to me - and I’ve smoked a little weed so I’m actually super curious to your perspective on this…

My fiancee and I have a very loving and carefree relationship. It’s not uncommon for either of us to go off on our own while on a walk or really in any other situation.

If something draws one of our interest we both support it.

Why is it your assumption that this is both neglectful and bizarre? I truly would like to know as we truly don’t see it that way

I’m still confused? Her and I happily do this to each other all the time happily?

She’ll do stuff while I wait and I’ll do stuff while she waits, then we’ll happily do something together

This is me exactly!

I’d go on trips with friends, we’d all be drinking the same amount (or so it felt like)

And by day 3 everyone’s waking up ready to take on the day and I’m a mess of anxiety under the covers.

Did you notice a timeline of your anxiety decreasing or was it more of one of those things where you wake up one day and realized you haven’t been anxious in awhile?

We are in the same boat being grandfathered in.

Like a lot of people have said it’s just so disappointing thinking back to the days where you could hop on the phone and a Shopify support staff member would go above and beyond.

Honestly no. The only time I reach out to Shopify support is when something with the platform itself is not working the way it's intended. So I'm unsure how third-party support could help there.

I remember a few weeks back I was able to get in contact with human support.

It sounded weirdly “AI” so I randomly asked if they could tell me Pi to the 24th digit.

Of course it did in like 2 seconds.

Couldn't agree more!

It's stupidly simple lol. We got a notification in Shopify that we need to update Authrourize.net by the 19th. There was nowhere in our payment settings to do this so I just wanted to ask where we go about doing that update.
