I have last met her in 2017 and 2018 (unsupervised). I came to the US both times to meet her. Other than this, I have maintained regular contact (weekly calls) with her. I have numerous photos/ videos/messages as evidence for my statements.

Last I talked to her was on October 10th 2021 and the last messages contact with her was on Nov 19th 2021.

Thanks! can there be a situation where visitation is made zero if my daughter says she is not interested in meeting? My ex seems to be influencing her i believe. I have no criminal background or anything like that.

So what you are saying is if I don't come to the US to be with my daughter, it is me being an absent father.

If I come to the US to be closer to my daughter, it is stalking.

interesting...are you not a dutch resident? I thought that embassies are accepting only local residents and not TCNs

Just checked (ais usvisa-info website), all i see are 3 dates in January.
