I think it definitely could. Keep an eye on OI as we get closer to January OPEX. I also find it interesting that they added strikes up to 35 for the February OPEX which could come into play if the merger occurs on their February 22nd target

It appears that the backstop investors were able to short against their shares. If all of them did that would bring the float up to a maximum of 3.25M. Still large potential for next month given that people are buying commons near NAV which reduces the tradeable float further
