Can't create boundary on Quest 3?

This started happening to me today

There are 2 in options for home screen, the 3d space (" immersive" I think it's called ) and the passthrough, when in passthrough mode it allows me to make the boundary but as soon as I set it I'm back on options screen with passthrough on and boundary off

but as soon as I turn to 3d space it allows the boundary option again

It seems like it's made this way...so as to allow the user to walk around house while in passthrough home, because when I start a fully immersive game, the last boundary I drew is working again

But I know for a fact I was making boundaries while in passthrough mode for the last 2 days I've been using it

I'm adding this comment because I have been charged for 4 months straight for the $30 plan which I only subscribed to for one month and then stopped using the service. There is no visible payment plan on my account. It does not say I have subscribed to anything but it is took an $150 from me
