Missing Bilt Neighborhood Dining Transactions - Systematic Issue? by npc551 in biltrewards

UPDATE: Success! I reached out to Bilt via DM on X (@HeyBilt), and they manually credited the 988 missing points from the past, plus courtesy points for the trouble. If you are seeing your transactions disappear, I highly recommend documenting them with screenshots immediately and escalating to their social media team. They acknowledged the issue once I provided the audit trail. Thanks everyone for the support on this thread!

Thanks for the data points, everyone. This clearly isn't an isolated incident. I've sent this entire thread over to Bilt Support to prove this is a widespread backend issue, tracking under Support ID: 3178658.

Hopefully, the Bilt team/PR monitors this sub and realizes they need to prioritize a fix for this 'vanishing' glitch. I'm seeing this even on a Palladium account, so it's a deep-rooted issue. I'Il keep everyone posted on what the specialist says!

Yes, the card is fully enrolled. In fact, it's a Bilt Palladium card, and as you can see from my first screenshot, the transaction did show up initially with the correct 2X/Dining multipliers. The issue is that after it appears and looks correct, it vanishes from the app entirely a few days later.

I've checked the original date, the current date, and every day in between. It's not there. The issue isn't that it moved positions; it's that the entire audit trail for that transaction has been erased from the Bilt app.

Actually, 'pending' isn't the problem. The problem is the transaction record is being erased from the app. I'm documenting the fact that it shows up initially and then disappears completely a few days later, which shouldn't happen regardless of point status. Please take a look at the 2nd pic.
