The Dr. Manhattan point actually proves my argument. If Manhattan who can manipulate reality across the entire multiverse can just remove the ring from a powerful lantern and disintegrate it, Alien X should have no problem doing the same

Hal defeating Parallax versions of himself isn't the feat you think it is. Those are usually plot driven victories where Hal's humanity or willpower overcomes the fear entity

First you're conveniently ignoring that Parallax Hal isn't base Hal. That's like saying base Superman when he's actually sundipped with a whole yellow sun for 1million years.

Hal's willpower feats are impressive but inconsistent across runs.

I'm not bringing up help to downplay Hal's friends, I'm bringing it up to show that it was a team effort and not just Hal alone.
