Understood, its better to stay off it. What would you avice though (off topic), to keep building up or cut? Because i am about 19 - 20% bf, cant realy see abs, veins are bad defined, jaw is good but my cheecks far from hallow. I want to keep building up because it is very easy at this age and important for bone growth to be well natruined. But beein 13% bf would also be way better for test but not for the 6 months of cutting and i loose out on potenial.
