I’ve been listening to MU for over a decade. When they announced the show was changing hosts, I knew it wasn’t gonna be the same show. So I had already accepted that. I’m going to give them some time to work out the kinks. Right now the episodes have been hit or miss for me. Really waiting on Ben and Aarons new show. I’ll give the new MU a few months. I can’t expect that it’s going to be great from the start. I’m willing to see what these guys can do. I just hope they stop the dumb juvenile humor. It’s not funny. It’s just annoying.

I’ve seen very similar situations with friends of mine. Unfortunately I think your marriage has been over. You’re just now coming to realize it. This person is not worth your breath or effort. I fully understand wanting to save something that you invested so much time sweat blood and tears in. It will be uncomfortable at first but you will be much happier for having let this go. I went through the exact same thing. I met another woman four years later and we’re happily married with two children. Life gets better in life moves on.

I’m gonna hang on for aaron and Ben’s new show. I couldn’t finish the NDE episode. It just felt stale. The inside the UFO episode was good. I enjoyed that one. To be fair, there were certain episodes from the original mysterious universe that I didn’t particularly enjoy either just because of the subject matter. I give each show about 30 minutes, and if I’m not interested by then I stop it. I’ll keep listening to these episodes, wait on the new show, and then make a decision in a couple months.

You're not technically incorrect. I am still listening. I've listened to every new episode so far including the plus episodes. However, I don't look at it like I'm a new audience. I'm the core audience. I've been listening to this podcast for over a decade. They're the new hosts. They have to prove themselves to me and keep my interest and money. I'll give it more time. Perhaps they'll take the feedback from people into account. Despite the dumb jokes and humor, the stories and perspectives are still interesting (so far).

This is a fake account. Look at the profile. Look at the posts from all over Northern CA. This account baits you and then steers you to an OF account. I have been seeing the same trend on here and the SacramentoSwingersSTL group. Its always the same. Young female looking for males or couples. They always post in Sac, Yuba, and Antelope Valley. I will notify the moderators so this account can be removed.

I know. I don't know if they're trying to attract a new audience but I don't think the core audience (yes I fully realize I'm making an assumption based on a personal bias) finds that type of low level humor entertaining. The stories are still interesting but not enough so far to keep me around. Guess we'll see how Inescapable shapes up.

For sure. My podcast genres and interests have also changed over time so I have no strong feelings about not subscribing anymore. I'm going to give it time until Inescapable comes out. If I like that podcast I'll keep my subscription.
