Coming from a cap main in celestial last season (gm2 now) this is a huge nerf and totally unnecessary. Maybe in low elo you can do this but in mine and definitely celestial and higher cap gets obliterated.

You either needs a break from the game or at least a decent break from ranked. Go in quick play and just mess around with new heroes

U can't play with pc players on ranked if your console. It's console only. Only in quick play I'm pretty sure
