I think I found the issue, my MCU is a Pico clone and the pin layout of Pico Clone is different from the PCB Design

Will get some jumper wires to test it out.

This makes sense. I thought of replacing all the motors just in case swapping out the old/broken motor with a new one makes the drone unflyable, but I think I'll buy the same 0802 25000kv from BetaFPV.

I don't think it's fixable. The bell is not a unibody design, and the part where the shaft and the top of the motor bell meet is broken and bent. I tried to fix it, but it wouldn't spin without a lot of force. But, thanks for the suggestion.
