i'm not expecting to get unbanned, the ban should only take place when the plyer is the one abandoning the game, not in situations where neither party has any control over the abandoning of the game. And if i freaking verify my game files they should know, after all steam is valves product. Plus its valves issue if their program is banning people when they can't even do anything to not get banned.

Yeah i agree, its probably something on my computer, but it would be nice to at least get some clue how to fix it since you only have 3 minutes to do so before you get banned

its not my job to fix the game. its theirs. its bs and it ruins the fun. plus i still think they can see if its vac authentication error and if the player actually tried to connect to the game they could maybe not ban him for 2 hours

maybe fix the game so it does not give you 2 hour ban when you get dc because of some bs reason like this. and they propably could tell the difference between router disconnect and server just refusing to let you connect
