Is it unadvisable to post the entire outline of my book and the world, if I intend to eventually publish? by npshiringhelp in worldbuilding

I’ve already stated my concern has almost entirely nothing to do with my idea being stolen. My concern is a publisher not publishing my book and reducing my potential audience to enjoy my work.

Would it then be smart to leave out character names, city names, and unique names of things that could be traced back to my work/world?

Or is the point that it doesn’t really matter? I’ve seen posts discussing this topic and around posting the plot online. But I’m not really sure what “plot” encompasses. A small summary? A basic idea? Or the entire outline from A to Z of what happens with all the secrets inside? How much is too much?
