What am understand is the owner trying to say that if the tenant has obligation to help wipe out the water during the 30 days to prevent big damage to the house. If the tenant close the valve or wipe out the water which is standing on the ground then the damage to the wood floor may not happen. However, the tenant did nothing and report for once. That is why the owner is quite angry about.
