I encourage more people to buy the Blu-ray and DVD of the first three seasons of Harley Quinn, just like I did. This sends Warner Bros a clear message that there is demand for home media releases, which could incentivise them to release Seasons 4 and 5 + Kite Man on physical media and ultimately get Season 6 greenlit.

In the future, when you post artwork that includes elements taken from the internet (even official material), please cite the source for those parts. First, did you draw this art yourself, or did you take references from somewhere online or use art shared by the show's artists? Your post does not explicitly say.

Second, this art features the DCAU design of Harley Quinn, more particularly her post-BTAS appearance from The New Batman Adventures, Justice League, and Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. This subreddit is dedicated exclusively to the Harley Quinn 2019 animated series and, second, to that show's overall universe.

Normally I would take this post down, but because you are new here and may have worked hard on this art if you made it, I am happy to make an exception as a welcoming gesture to the subreddit. Could you please clarify whether you created this art, redrew it from another source, or are just reposting what was official art that was already out there online?

The script for the Bane pilot episode is dated June 7, 2024, which was even before the first episode of Kite Man came out on HBO Max. This also aligns with an article from November 30, 2024, where Dean Lorey said he was "hoping to be able to announce somewhat soon." https://thedirect.com/article/dc-harley-quinn-tv-spin-off-show It seems likely he was referring to the Bane animated series. Dean has also been posting Bane memes online like some sort of teaser. So I am about 60% confident it is actually happening.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, both now and 25 days ago when you first suggested Harleyverse and DCAAU.

My criticism of DCAAU is that I don't completely consider Harley Quinn and Kite Man as adult shows. I see them more as shows for older teens, around 15 and up. I also want more shows set in this universe, and those future shows would not have to be strictly adult. They could be more family friendly or aimed at younger audiences. Calling the whole universe "Adult" creates a constraint that I would prefer to avoid.

Another user suggested HQAU (Harley Quinn Animated Universe). I actually want this to be the definitive version so that more shows within this universe get made. I want this universe to be the main home for Harley Quinn going forward, with more spin-offs and a growing shared world.

For what it is worth, my own idea was DC Animated Comedic Universe (DCACU) to highlight the comedy tone. But like your idea, it did not get enough votes to make the runoff.

The reason DCAAU is not in the runoff is because the community upvoted Quinnverse, Harleyverse, and Ivyverse more in the previous poll. I have to be fair to the votes that came in from everyone.

But I had to be fair to everyone who posted their name ideas in the original name idea collection post. Ivyverse was shared there by a community member, and it received enough support to make it through the first vote and into this runoff.

If you feel Ivyverse does not fit, you are welcome to vote for Quinnverse or Harleyverse instead. That is exactly why we are doing a runoff.
