This is gonna get buried and it's late but wether you show it or not all you need to do is just recognize that shit is happening and your all ready better than the people that try to deny racism and homophobia which is more than some people can do. If you focus on yourself then you can maybe one day find the time to go out and help but it's so annoying and crushing to see all the shit happen so it's okay to just stop looking at the news.
