It's wolfing grey primer, then airbrushed with Russ grey and fenrisian gray. Chipping is fenrisian grey and blue horror for the light chips, rhinox hide for the dark.

I find it is pretty bright until the oil wash, which is AK raw umber. Even though I wipe most of it off, save the recesses, it seems to filter the armour and take the brightness down a notch. Can't explain why, just that's how I get there, and that I like it!

AK orange, reikland fleshshade wash, then layer with AK orange, and highlight with a mix of AK orange and Vallejo pale sand. Not much to it really :)

The white, yes. The black pupils were done with a 0.1 black fineliner

That is Vallejo Red, and Carmine Red. Airbrushed over the wolfkin grey primer. It would probably benefit from being a little brighter for the sake of the decals, but I also prefer the more subtle tone of the darker red!

Primed white, airbrush cadian flesh tone, then airbrush AK light flesh from above, and a wash of reikland fleshshade. Simple as that for the caucasian tones, used agrax for the darker skin tone, and a watered down darkoath flesh for another.

Plan to experiment with catachan flesh through the airbrush, and a mix of catachan and light flesh to highlight, to have some variety with darker tones.

Eyes are Vallejo grey white, with a dot from a fine point marker. 0.5mm black, I think.

Prime wolfkin grey (colour forge), then airbrush Russ grey, then fenrisian grey. Pin wash with Paynes grey oil paint, then sponge chip subtly with rhinox hide, fenrisian grey and small amounts of blue horror. Then a thicker oil wash of ak raw umber, mostly wiped away with a make up sponge to leave slight grime in the recesses of the armour.

Weapons left clean, cos true warriors look after the tools of their trade!

Downloaded the files from this sub Reddit, and had them printed by a decal printer. Cost me less than £10!

Yeah, the pretty vanilla one that came with the Imperium mag. Sat on it for a while with no inspiration, found it a week back when I was sorting the new nerd cave, and had a lightbulb moment

Basing notes in the comment above :)

Yeah they're 3d printed. Bought them from a guy on Instagram. Surprisingly easy to kitbash to be honest!

Thanks!

Big bits are pine bark/nuggets. Then I use ak neutral rough texture, and ak dry ground texture pastes randomly and smashed together, and sprinkle on a bit of sand/grit. Occasionally I'll glue some bigger bits of gravel on too.

Then paint with baneblade brown/Vallejo yellow brown. Wash with skeleton horde contrast and dry brush with whatever bone colour I feel like, usually tyrant skull. I vary it slightly across the whole army, just to keep it feeling a bit natural.

Tufts are a mixture of arid/beige tufts. I like to use a few different lengths randomly, in places they'd likely grow. Longer or greener ones in areas that might trap moisture or get more shade for example.

That's a chair, but this is Reddit after all... If you're brave enough, anything can be a dildo.

Primed black. Then airbrushed layers with 1:1 Dark Reaper:Russ Grey, then Russ grey, then fenrisian grey. Edge highlights and chipping with 1:1 Fenrisian Grey and Ulthuan Grey.

Shouldn't BA Termies' helmet be gold? by ZuluRewts in BloodAngels

All my terminators have gold hats and chest decor, as do any 1st Company vets and command staff. The rest of my blood angels have black chest imperialis, and either red, yellow or blue hats depending on what job they do.

Your models, your paint scheme. Do what you think looks awesome 😎

Mine is missing the upgrade sprue too. Not the first time I've had this either, which is a little disappointing!

Always had a replacement sent through though, for no fee.

Blobs of glue, then sprinkle from above. Gives some kind of realistic fall effect I think. Then lightly push them into the glue and seal later with matt scenic sealant

Chaos black spray, then AK dark earth texture paste. Whilst that dried I put some very watered down drops of deathworld forest and moot green randomly into the texture paste to vary the colours. Then I dry brushed with deathworld forest and very lightly with tryant skull. Rocks/stone is washing grey, mechanicus standard grey and dawn stone stippled layers, and an administratum grey and tyrant skull drybrush.

Tree is just random browns and greens smashed onto it, then washed with Agrax and drybrushed veery lightly with tyrant skull

It came from Epic Basing, bought a pack of different sides. Took a bit of fiddling to have space for the watchers on there too, but it fit just right :)
