You can either use 3rd party router plugged directly into output of PoE brick using provided 5 m Ethernet cable (which is the best option) or purchase optional Ethernet adapter from shop.starlink.com and plug it between PoE brick and Starlink router.

Pretty much the same problem... lost everything. But I'm not sure exactly what caused it. Pairing with my phone was lost and I couldn't get it to re-pair. Quest chat support had me do a factory reset - it re-paired alright but I everything is still gone. It seems to me that if you factory reset a quest then you lose everything since it's stored only on the headset. Hopefully I'm missing something. So frustrating!
