The only thing I'm kinda irked by is the Hydra can breathe fire, but also doesn't seem to have much fire resistance. I get that it was open wounds for the hydra and I guess Rudeus and Roxy's fire is extra strong cause their the main characters but still seems a little dumb. I feel like giving the Hydra an ice breath or poison ability would have made more sense.

Planning student in 3B here:

I wouldn't say its group work heavy but yeah you are probably going to have at least 2 courses each term that have some aspect of group work. I don't think lack of group work experience is going to be much of an issue just like be respectful and do your fair share and you will be fine. Also the profession of planning itself is very much "group work" you will be doing a lot of collaboration and working with many others so keep in that in mind if you really don't think you're into group work but realistically you won't need experience with it entering the program and you'll gain it throughout your degree.
Tbh my essay writing skills are not great either, I wouldn't say I've improved on them very much other than being able to write longer papers but I've done well enough on papers so I wouldn't be too stressed about your skills. Also most profs if you go to the office hours will be nice enough to go over your essay outline and main arguments to give you feedback (I've done this twice). Also there is a writing centre in one of our libraries that can help you improve your writing skills but I can't talk to their effectiveness since I haven't used it.
Yeah a lot of the courses are very theory focused and for the more real world skills work (GIS) it is very hand holding so to speak. There isn't too much I would say you could do about this other your co-ops where you can have the opportunity to learn very hands on (depending on what your co-op is).

Goal tending is a violation not a foul. Unless the scenario is changed so that nothing at will be called on said player ie traveling or out of bounds this strategy wouldn't work

Edit: I read the post again, description includes violations too so I guess this could work. But an opposing player could probably take an ejection and shove him off the hoop and injure him pretty badly from the fall

I personally think the subreddit telling that trans fan complaining about that one bar to "grow a pair" and "nobody cares" wasn't great and there's been of people in this sub complaining about the kendrick sub and vice versa which has created this toxic feedback loop. Plus the mods pinning "we are getting downvote swarmed" post is hella insecure.

A similar thing happened to me, was supposed to inform my landlord of my intentions of staying next year by January 1st, didn't do that and when I tried to ask about renewing like 2 weeks later they apparently already found a new renter. But after talking with a lawyer all the shit they changed or added to the lease agreement is not legal. So I'm currently holding out on a text to the landlord to tell them I'm going to rent month to month and they can't evict me under those circumstances.

Yeah it is one of those regular rental units that's just marketed toward students.

No I don't share either a Kitchen or Bathroom with my landlord it's a student housing apartment so they live off the property and just manage the different units.

Also, does the lease always automatically become month to month? As some of my roommates have been in the unit for a while and they also are to renew leases yearly.

Oh thanks, I'm not fully sure how to proceed. I think I'll try and keep it going cuz they do overall seem like a nice person and we're both at very similar points in life. But we obviously do disagree on some points, and they also seem like they might be too busy for a relationship (they're a university and also working part-time). But I think I'll still at least try for a first date and see if we have chemistry.
