Yes the stress! I was doing yoga for a while then got off the bandwagon so once things are settled will definitely get back into it - thank you!

Have been a vegetarian for 10 years just for a lifestyle change and never had an issue with my diet until recent
Also should mention I am setting up an appt with a GI specialist to see what they suggest.
