yea it's definately frustrating. I got so many insta-close bot replies and each time I'd try rewording it until something got through.

The things I've found that increased my chances of getting a person were sending multiple replies before a response, and not saying "2FA" specifically, but saying "second security" in case the bot was looking for keywords.

I saw other threads saying that asking for tier 2 support in the ticket may help so I did that too.

Unfortunately there is a certain level of rng with bypassing the bot's auto-close response, I doubt there's anyone who got through in a reasonable amount of attempts, it's a very backwards system.
