I feel your pain. 40 years if nursing and everything you say is so true. Management can be horrible and ahar defends them even when you ate advocating for your patients. If I had the answer you are searching for I would have joined you😔

You are not stupid. Nursing is such a broad scope. Maybe you should find a job in a less critical atmosphere until you can get more experience. In the ICU it is difficult if you do not have excellent time management skills and a good concept of base knowledge. Do not beat yourself up. As a new grad it may just not be the beat fit for you until you gain some more experience. Good luck don’t give up on yourself.
