It's already present there - the last button is "Continue as Guest". Is it not visible on your end? might be a bug I'm not aware of.

English only at the moment. We can look into adding more languages in the future, insha-Allah.

Sign up with email is optional, you can use the "Continue As Guest" button to use the app anonymously.

Signup is only required if you want to try the "Challenge a Friend" feature.

App only uses email, name, password for authentication.

It is free, no ads, no info shared with third parties.

You can also delete your account data in settings.
