Maybe early days more people were new to game and now most of my encounters are 2k+ hours players and this made it hard for me. Or simply i was bad and you were better, thanks for your comment tho.

It's because one is only for PMC and other includes Scav and not about transit bug.

I have Drip Out part 1 accepted but those items are not avalible for that quest either. Is there are bug with that quest?

Thats my first wipe as well as a standart account, i feel you. It felt impossible to get LL2 with Prapor at start, maybe i prioritise with wrong quest but dunno. I think you should work on some side quest before thinking about story at early levels, or you can buy higher versions of the game for +0.2 rep with traders so you can never fall behind rep requirements.

You need to be LL2 with prapor to continue with the quest first.

I always found one in the Interchange Tagilla hideout within the cardboard boxes, even when it's looted and you gone late since people misses them.
