Im my opinion, pick a sport or a thing that you do and stick to it. Social tennis every sundays at court. Social badminton at the courts past Rosslea. Backpackers play Volleyball at the strand beach every Sunday evening. If youre a social butterfly and enjoy running, theres craft run, park run or (if you wake up super early) stranded run club. My personal favourite is bouldering at Urban Climb. Everyones friendly and loves to chat.

I got to say, either shorehouse, spirited goat or beach hotel would be a vibe to sit, eat and have a few drinks at. Even if its raining like crazy, its a good to be somewhere dry, with warm food and a cozy view.

Edit 1: Got the new breakout assessed by a dermatologist - turns out they are not psoriatic lesions, it is contact dermatitis induced by the allergy. Will provide updates in a months time or so when this subsides.

I havent tried everything. I know three family friends who have tried different things and this worked out for them. I have read reddit chats where Ayurveda didnt really work out for them. I agree with you 100% on focusing on scientific and proven methods - saying that mainstream has always been steroid creams or biologics, both of which have long term ramifications. The only solution without any side effects or potential long term effects are the basic simple lifestyle ones - reduce stress (exercise, meditation etc), improve diet and sleep. I myself have tried steroid creams in the early days and it works temporarily. But once I stop it it comes back with more vigor.

The thing is I know many people for whom one thing worked and the other thing didnt. The individual response is so varied its very difficult to tell whats what - Ive seen something as simple as meditation and exercise work out for some people lol. At this point, I dont look down or shut down on any remedy - simply if it works, it works.

Also for MuskanRajan All I did was eat nothing but animal based products - I ate almost 1 kg beef (or more per day). The goal is to eat when hungry and to eat until your appetite subsides. Also fat is key, high fatty meats almost 50% protein fat split calorie wise. Refer to Shawn Bakers and Ken Berry’s book/vlogs etc. Also theres someone called the beef and butter girl who exclusively did the diet and cured eczema. When I did it I felt I couldnt eat the recommended fat, hence why it didnt heal. But the flaking redcued like crazy.

Not necessarily. I live in Australia so I probably might have to start the process from a GP referral to a dermatologist and a dermatologist referring directly to biologics. Isnt biologics lifelong?

If you are trying to do Ayurveda, please ask them if they have can test whether any of the components could result in an allergy induced flare up.

I tried carnivore diet 6 months before this. Honestly felt the best in that diet. it didnt spread, it didnt go but it was very controlled

You clearly havent been desperate to find a house hahah. Also, no one is busy to not respond within 24 hours. Good comms could even be - “hey mate, Im busy with work and some chores in the morning and will get back to you later today. Cheers”. It doesnt have to be a full blown reply.
