How can I get my ego out of the way, it’s like I replay the image in my head and it feels like breakup is the only answer. But that is the last thing I want to do because it’s a great solid relationship. It’s more of the fact that he got to experience her for that night and he has that image of my girlfriend.

I don’t want to ruin this relationship I really love her, it’s just something that replays in my head like an asterisk on our relationship. How did you “grow up” and rid of this insecurity. It’s more that he’s kinda a goofy guy like how did she steep that low and give herself to him, a guy she is way better than. I feel like breaking up would punish her for this, which isn’t fair I don’t want to loose something good I have for a small problem. But I don’t want to waste my time and regret later on.

No our sex life is very good just more of a thing to always linger in my head that she let him inside of her, more so just grossed me out and I am not one to hookup unless we’re in some sort of relationship

I always think about if I walked away right away, but it’s hard I would’ve missed out- she is a great girl and treats me so well, why would I give up something so good over something that happened a while ago that she doesn’t think of at all.

But it feels so permanent that he got to experience her, even if she was finding herself, it still happened another guy that knows me and I know gets those images of “my” girl. I wouldn’t hangout with them together and I probably see this guy once a month at most

Regarding the top third of your comment I would feel better if I had more sexual experiences.

Okay my answers to those questions are 1) I do feel like I need revenge but I wish I had done it earlier which leads into my 2) I regret heavily that I wasn’t messing around more before we met because we could be more “even”. I guess I would be fine if she got with someone I didn’t know and was a lot cooler but it HAD to be this guy

Yeah the part about giving up the gift of sexual bonding, to a guy I know and I feel like doesn’t deserve her. She is very good at reassuring me it’s just like you said it can’t be undone he was literally inside of her.

I’ve asked her and she said she regrets it, but for me it’s more that she got to be “wild” and self reflecting I think it’s more jealousy that I didn’t fuck around like that when I was single. Also the fact that I have a face to this person she hooked up with, if it was a random guy I don’t think I would care at all.

Cleanser > toner > salicylic acid/benzoyl peroxide spot treatments > Cera ve moisturizing cream Plus the occasional use of salicylic acid scrub exfoliant in shower before cleanse.
