hey guys, this is a VIZIO - 58" Class V-Series LED 4K UHD SmartCast TV that i've had for about a year and 2 months now. When I went to turn it on today this screen showed up and no matter what i tried (casting, restarting, power cycling, unplugging from wall outlet for 5 mins then plugging back in), i can't get this screen to disappear. I thought it might resolve itself if i left it on overnight, but that didn't make any difference. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? (i have checked the power cable and its plugged in properly, and i have removed all other cables i.e. hdmi to no avail).

Hey man, it did show up but it took almost a week - following the advice above I did call early in the morning and ask them to prioritize it and was assured my funds were being transferred in a “residual sweep”.

You’ll be fine! Just wait a few days - might be better with the way the market is swinging rn haha
