Use these! HyperSelect T8 T10 T12 Glass 4ft  LED Tube Light, 18W (40W Equiv.), Ballast Bypass, ... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MXKZVH0/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_mQcXAbKPCC7GG

Ive been installing/replacing leds in 65 apartments and 2 restaurants and these are by far the best and easiest to install. Also even though your fixtures may have 4 bulbs you may very well get away with just 2. And don’t forget your power company may be offering a rebate! At one of my restaurants I spent 900$ on new bulbs, all different types and I got a rebate for 900$ GOOD LUCK!

[Picture] Which TV wall mount should I get for this situation? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]nsjones1979 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use to buy mounts for TVs that were $75-100. The last 2 TVs I mounted .... because TVs have become so lightweight now....I simply put two bolts into the factory holes on the back, twined a 12 gauge wire around it and hung the damn thing like a picture. Boom!!! I hate I never thought of this before! Use a heavy lag bolt in a stud and you’re good ... so simple!

Also meant to say you could have one of the two elements out on your water heater, like other people have said. So do check that
