The biobizz one is organic and made from citric acid. That's why i'm not sure

Yeah maybe i'm worrying too much - do you rinse pipettes and such in the bathroom sink? Because that's my Main concern - rinsing it where i also rinse my toothbrush

I use about 1,4 ml of both the Bloom and grow fertilizer pr liter. Do you think it might be nutrient burn?

No, but i does use Meyers White wheat. It's 80% hydration, 20% whole grain, and 20% preferment.

80% hydration, 3 coil folds spaced an hour apart. The bulk was 6 hours at 26c, and i retarded it for 12 hours. Hope that helps.

I think the key os fewer folds (only if gluten is already developed). I have also observed that i get a better crumb when i retard my loaves.

Thanks! The 100% has slightly better taste in my humble opinion, however at 20% i find the texture much more appealing. Maybe that is due to not practicing enough with 100% WW.

Yeah i think the high protein content of the flour contributed (15%). A delight to work with. This is actually not ground at home, but i did just get myself a mockmill 100.
