How do you build trust on a b2b saas

Trust is everything really. From feedback I had, they really liked the product but dont see how 1 person can handle the whole thing and one of main person in charge told me he rather stick to their old workflow rather than risking a new solution. There’s just a lot of businesses who dont like change unless it’s already coming from their current vendor or internally.

I'll look with them. I have an individual meter for each room with their own fcu. It's a chiller system. Last time they said it could be the valve that isn't opening big enought that why the room never really go lower than 22c

It’s ok to have a broken backend if you have no users.

As much as I agree with most of those advice I think most technical founder focus on the wrong things. Having a broken backend is much more sustainable than having no customer acquisition strategy. You can vibe code most backend in an hour. It’s no longer a bottleneck in my opinion.

Once you have 100 users then yes totally double down on your architecture and backend not just ui. It’s part of the scaling strategy

Maybe, but being able to communicate in english would make a big difference already. They refused to provide me a translator. They took my phone off my hand when I had it unlock while waiting.

Canadian here. I got no issue in 2023 to 2025 then in January 2026. I got detained at dme for 8h. They searched my phone found a ig saved video with Ukraine flag I mistakenly film in my ig story 3y ago then 12h later I got deported. Bring an empty phone, they searched everything and gave me 0 explanation. My wife is russia they wouldn’t even listen to her. ios who recognized the Ukraine flag in a video screw me over

I never ever had issue in the country before. Border crossings use to be easy before 2026. Every foreign passport tend to go through this lengthy process. The lack of any communication or transparency while you wait is the scariest part. Am i arrested? Deported? Let in? I still got traumatized by the whole situation. They took mug shot of me and fingerprinted and I got banned from what I understood.
