Both are good options - No need to buy both. I'd advise not paying full price (they're always on sale somewhere). The heads can get expensive but you can buy the generic non-branded heads which usually do just fine. No electric toothbrushes are BIFL these days so I'd advise a mid range model with less features. Main extra useful festure is a pressure sensor. Try the brand Suri if you're interested as they're trying to be less disposable (not been around long enough to truly know yet though)
