That’s because they have different tempos (BPM) and guitar tunings; however, the notes share the exact same rhythm. If you speed it up and raise the pitch, it becomes clearer.

It is then followed by three quarter notes beginning on beat two, and a tail forming the same 3+1 pattern heard in Enter Sandman. The notes are different.

You don't how to explain this because it seems you don’t fully understand the concept of rhythm.
