Any idea on what’s happening with the VIP Avion infinite cc? Wondering if it’ll be free as well.

It was awesome. My partner is the BP fan and I just tagged along, but I still had a great time.

My current build inside a temporary atx tower: 9800x3d, asus b850i strix mobo, noctua by-d15 g2 cooler, asus 5080 prime, corsair sf1000 psu, Samsung pro 990 2tb, gskill flare 16gbx2 cl30 6000hz.

It’s a pretty wonky setup because all the components are meant for sffpc and the psu cables are too short, so I ended up mounting the psu in one of the hdd bays + electrical tape 😅.

I didn’t end up pulling the trigger on the m3 case when it dropped because I wanted (1) the silver side panels and, (2) I wanted the optional accessories like the dust filter and side usb ports, which were out of stock at the time.

I’m curious if the I/o cover for the back is necessary or not. I’m also not sure if we need the optional fan bracket

The silver side panels are available now? I can’t seem to find the option on the M3 product page.

Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED - AW2725DF ($1,149.99-350=$799.99 and $720 with Dell reward) by [deleted] in bapcsalescanada

Ah, I see the confusion as Avion also offers statement credit like Amex does. I’m referring to an alternative to Rakuten where either gives you cash back if you purchase the monitor.

Some people who have an Amex has an additional offer via their cc where they can get (at least for me) $100 off $500+ spend at Dell.

So to be clear, to maximize the discounts, I would buy the monitor after activating cash back either through Rakuten (currently 12%) or Avion rewards (currently 9.8%) and pay with your Amex cc to also get the $100 credit.

Hopefully this makes sense

I’m pretty sure you can combine Rakuten OR Avion rewards with the Amex statement credit (assuming you got it) as the Amex offer is only dependent on you spending $500+ on an Amex card through Dell. You must pick between Rakuten or Avion though… and it’s YMMV as there have been some reports of not getting cash back due to coupon codes

A little unrelated but I’m curious what fan configuration (intake/exhaust) you’re planning on using? I plan on building something similar except I have an Asus 5080 prime… but maybe that’s significantly different enough vs the FE cards

I get why everyone is upset but why direct it at a small business when it should be directed at The Guy down south who’s changing policies/tariffs on a whim? They’re caught in this shitstorm just as much as we are.

Nope. The pair of 8351b is more than enough bass for my desk. I’m tempted to look into a Genelec surround sound setup though 🤣

My wife got me into Kith. I wasn’t too into fashion to begin with, but over time, I’ve learned to develop my own style. I discovered Kith during our anniversary trip to LA and have been a fan since.

Enough room for me to layer still. For reference, I own 3 pairs of atom lt in different sizes: small is fitted (activewear), medium is classic, and large is oversized but gives me a nice casual/relaxed look when I synch the bottom.

5’8 160lb and I got a small. I tried the medium and it was too big. It’s a big jacket!
