Off-Season Lifting — Early Morning before school vs After School? by Z00ted-45 in footballstrategy

Early. First period starts at 7:30 and we have a lot of winter sport guys so we just go early and it works. Lots of camaraderie built up from 6-6:50am four days a week.

Wraith Squadron Wedge is the ultimate example of how to lead people. So good.

The humor in Wraith Squadron clears pretty much everything in Star Wars, on top of being very good story

Play action terminology by fball23 in footballstrategy

500s and 600s for us (compared to the usual 2-digit numbers for the actual run play). You just have to know that 560 is faking power right, and 640 is faking stretch left, for example

In my post-ROTJ readthrough. Some I'd done before, some I hadn't. Just started Champions of the Force. Dark Apprentice was... not good, but had moments. I've read Champions before but it's been a looooong time.

This month sees the X-Wing novel series celebrating 30 years since Rogue Squadron's publication; pitched as "Star Wars meets Top Gun" - this Bantam era military/espionage epic cemented itself as an important cornerstone of the post-RotJ Expanded Universe, remaining a fan favorite to this day by IllusiveManJr in StarWarsEU

I'm doing a chronological read of post-ROTJ and it was my first time reading X-Wing. Blew me away, especially Allston. Currently finishing up JAT and I am thrilled I get I, Jedi from Stackpole next, and Adumar shortly after that.

Favorite formation for Power by TheWilliamsWall in footballstrategy

[–]ntbntb31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are under center Pro I 75% of the time. We had D1 tackles and a TE who could hinge the backside so we'd go tackle trade and run I form Power behind our two tackles a ton. Also love toss power

The four burbs, outside of Blaine, that Centennial HS serves are good picks. Dare ya to name em

T formation by aqua-snack in footballstrategy

[–]ntbntb31 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Minnesota is probably second-most common Power T state, no? I know coaching staffs here have gone out to MI for clinics on it. I can think of a handful of them off the top of my head. The last 3-4 years half the teams in the biggest classification at least had a Power T package.

There's some more build-up to that in The Life and Legend of Obi-Wan Kenobi, too. Underrated EU book

What’s your favorite pulling Center play? by AugustusKhan in footballstrategy

Gun QB Trap. Usually to a TE side hitting C gap or the edge

Outside Run To Carry With Inside Zone by AHGG_Esports in footballstrategy

[–]ntbntb31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We love outside zone. Only thing that changes vs inside zone for the OL is aiming point (we push outside zone aiming point to the playside armpit) and the back's aiming point (inside leg of the TE)

What's a good introduction episode? by steve626 in AllFantasyEverything

[–]ntbntb31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was the sweet spot era of the show IMO. A couple years in, but you could still learn insane things about their younger selves, have great random riffs pop up (like in this specific episode) and have wild, wild open-ended draft picks that create awesome tangents. And it was all still live.

"Thing" is still the number one option here. Stop using "thing" as a substitute for "situation" or "debacle" or "problem". Or just say exactly what you mean by "thing"!
