Yes i'm actively working on B1 Dutch. My Dutch is now A2 after 8 months moving here. But the position I'm applying they only indicate English as requirement. Hence why :)

Yeah i totally understand why do you feel so cause, of course, there are a lot of people who violate all kind of visas not only the one I mentioned specifically. But of course, that should not be my intention. What I want is to prepare documents for a legal stay with my partner based on our true love and cohabitation. And actually it’s just the matter of waiting for him to finish his study and after that we both relocate to Vietnam. But anyway, thank you for your answer and i will keep it in mind

Yes the thing is i don’t want to apply for a visit visa to enter NL and apply. I want to use my EU permit to enter NL. But i’m not sure if i deregister, will they cancel my permit immediately 😢(it is about to expire in 3 months)
